Atlanta’s own singer, songwriter and rapper Alan Z drops an R&B and hip-hop infused record entitled “Distance.” Relationships can be toxic and draining thus inevitably leading to some necessary distance between both parties involved. Alan Z wrote “Distance” based on this premise exactly but he did so without being demeaning but rather poetic actually.
