Kieran Mercer no neophyte to the Canadian music scene having opened for the likes of Marianas Trench, Walk Off The Earth, Carly Rae Jepsen and Lights releases his funky Stephen “Koz” Kozmeniuk (Dua Lipa) and Michael Wise (Serena Ryder) produced EP Fools Gold. The beauty of this body of work isn’t only its quality but its time capsule like feel of throw-back frequencies and influences amid modern sounds. Fools Gold composed of only four tracks but sonically fills you up like an album meal with records of love, strength, emotions, style and lyrical idiosyncrasies.
