Ikonic Album Review: DJ Khaled ‘Father of Asahd’

What a special album!

DJ Khaled’s teasing of this particular album wasn’t only strategic but worth the hype. Father of Asahd will be notably one of Khaled’s best collaboritve works with features including, but not limited to, Sizzla, Mavado, 070 Shake, Cardi B, 21 Savage, Chris Brown, Lil Wayne, Big Sean, SZA, Meek Mill, J Balvin, Lil Baby, Jeremih, Travis Scott, Post Malone, Nipsey Hussle, John Legend, Nas, Cee-Lo, Jay Z and more.

Khaled’s ear made him the music industry mogul we know him as today. Favorite collabs like Cardi B and 21 Savage or the fire posthumous feature from Nipsey Hussle gift this body of work a well-rounded feel comprised of club anthems amid noteworthy conscious records.

Father of Asahd hearkens like time well spent, genius features and a well-versed dip into the genre pools of reggae, pop, hip-hop and soul.  Be sure to check it out below and stream it on your desired music distribution platforms.
