30 Minute Full-Body Workout Routines

2 Chainz’ new single “Quarantine Thick” may celebrate the addition of “wanted weight” but, most of us are stuck with weight in places we don’t want it. This pandemic has forced most of us to work from home and has decreased our daily mobility thus, overtime all that sitting around leads to weight gain. However, let’s remember that weight gain is a choice. There are tons of at-home workout routines you can do that require little to no equipment and only 20 to 30 minutes of your time per day. 

Stop telling yourself that you don’t have enough time to workout. You are worthy and deserving of the body you desire but, you can’t get there while kneeling on your excuses and blaming time as the out-of-shape culprit. 

Below I’ve included some awesome full-body workouts that will have you toned and losing weight in no time. However, these workouts need to be partnered with a good, healthy-diet. You will NOT see results from the workouts alone if it’s partnered with poor eating habits.
