Hopefully, you’ve been working out through the colder months but, if not, it’s okay. Get started today! Each of the workouts below can be completed in 10 minutes or less. You can’t say you don’t have the time – you do! You will begin to see results when you make working out a lifestyle and not merely an option.

A couple disclaimers before doing these workouts.

  1. Diet is key. If you’re going to eat junk food, pizza, Wendy’s and sugary beverages, you probably won’t see results from these workouts. Eventually you may see results but, it will take a lot longer if you are not eating right and drinking lots of water.
  2. If you have severe lower back pain, I would refrain from doing the ab workouts because they can cause a bit of a strain on your lower back while you’re building those lower ab muscles.
  3. For the bra bulge and back workout, she advises you to do it three times. I add five pounds weights to some of the exercises and I only do it twice.

Each one of these workouts are short and sweet. You will sweat. You will be sore but, that 2021 body deserves the very best. None of these workouts require equipment, thus they can be completed at home or at the gym.
