Self love is the best love. You can’t receive what you haven’t yet given to yourself.
One more time for those in the back.
Self love is the best love. You can’t receive what you haven’t yet given to yourself.

Tip #1: Master the art of not giving a f***.
This is imperative. Mark Manson wrote a whole book on it; I suggest you read it. When you care too much about what others have to say, about frivolous opinions, about what your pastor and grandmother would think etc. you’re hindering your ability to truly self love because how you feel about you is determined by the thoughts and approvals of others. Cut that out!
Tip #2: Stop comparing yourself to other people.
You will never be able to catch your own blessings while chasing someone else’s. What’s meant for you, is for you. Your name is tattooed onto all of your blessings and achievements. Stop looking at someone else’s life as a blueprint for your own – it will never work.
Tip #3: Eliminate toxic waste.
You want self love while your subsisting in an ocean of self-doubt, self-loathing and self-destruction – it’s not gonna happen. Furthermore, it’s time to eliminate any and all people that do not aide in your self love journey. They gotta go, let the door hit them where the good Lord split them. True self love is never going to happen with all that toxic waste and negativity around you.
Tip #4: Increase positive self talk.
How you talk to yourself matters. We can be our own worst enemy sometimes. Stop that. If you don’t believe in yourself and encourage yourself daily, don’t expect anyone else to do it for you. Furthermore, even if others do attempt to encourage you and uplift your talents, it will fall on deaf ears because your not in a position of unapologetic self-love to receive that motivation. I tell myself daily that I am beautiful, intelligent, creative, wealthy, infinite. There’s power in the art of positive self-talk.
Master each one of these tips and you’ll be well on your way to unapologetic self love.
