The Minutes Fitness Challenge!

Do you enjoy working out or is it a burden?

Fitness is 80 percent mental and 20 percent physical. If you believe you can do it, you will. If you don’t, you won’t. It’s simple.

I am waltzing into the best body of my life because I knew that I could do it, so I did. Today I’m back with a new challenge for you to try, The Minutes Fitness Challenge. It’s a 30 minute workout that targets your arms, abs, glutes and legs. Each exercise will be completed over a series of minutes. It’s okay to take breaks in between, thus this may take you a little longer than 30 minutes exactly but, it will be well worth it.

You can do this! It will be difficult at first if you’re a beginner but, you are more than welcome to pace yourself. Take all the time you need. It’s more important to do the exercises correctly, than quickly – remember that!
