It’s expensive to access me right now and I’m not speaking in financial terms. I can only be accessed by those that are wealthy in spirit, in mind, in body, in their choices, in their vibe. Stop putting yourself on the clearance rack.
One more time for those in the back.
Stop putting yourself on the clearance rack!
Stop allowing people to access you for a small fee – you are expensive! You are worth top dollar attention, top dollar effort, top dollar prayer – you hear me!? But back to my original premise, my soul is on a budget. I am connected to my soul, my soul is me and I am she. I have to be careful with my time and my attention. I can’t just give it out freely when its worth something. I’m worth something. I’m worth it all, worthy of it all but, sometimes I forget that. Sometimes, someone treats me like a lowlife and I start believing that I belong down there with “them” instead of on the throne I built through blood, sweat, tears, regrets and redemption.
I can’t afford unnecessary stress, hate, lies, pessimism, negative energy etc. I can’t afford it, it’s not in my soul’s budget. Do you understand what I’m saying? I can’t afford situationships. I can’t afford perpetual liars. I can’t afford toxic friendships. I can’t afford unhealthy habits like gossiping and self-loathing. I can’t afford wishful thinking, with no work ethic. I can’t afford to whine about it more than I pray about it. I hope I struck a nerve. You are on a budget.
Be frugal with your soul not cheap with it.
Limit access to you. Say no, with no explanation. Act more, talk less. You spend more money on your garments than the entity that wears it. Take care of you because you are worth it.
Say it with me, “My soul is on a budget, so back up if you’re not willing to pay full price to access me.”
And that’s on Mary Had a Lil Lamb.
